Summary

The main goal and purpose of this project is to develop a plane which can fly on its own. This will be an RC plane. This project is significantly more complex than the other ones I have taken up which only took days at the most to reach a satisfactory level. To make this happen, I will be programming an arduino board and wiring different sensors and motors which will control the plane. The plane will then communicate the data to a receiver which can send it commands or take control over the plane allowing for manned flight.

Today I created the concept of the plane, and drew up some concept papers which laid out how I want the plane to function and how I want the receiver to function. I started with the goals and am working backwards and dividing the project into smaller, bite sized chunks. I know I will need to ask for some part for Christmas lol. Soon I will upload the papers for the concept.
